ECTOR COUNTY FELONY INDICTMENTS: April 9, 2018

The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on April 3, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ASSAULT

  • Richard Wade Edwards, 28, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), a second-degree felony.
  • John Regino Elizondo, 40, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Tye De’angelo Kendrick, 19, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Darius Petterson, 18, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • De Zjuan Black, 17, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Jerimi Daniel Dominey, 40, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, both of which are second-degree felonies.
  • Patrick Leotan Jenkins, 39, was indicted on a charge of assault by strangulation (family violence), a third-degree felony.
  • Isabel Alberto Hernandez, 33, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member with previous convictions, a third-degree felony.
  • Emigdio Gallardo, 33, was indicted on two counts of assault on a public servant, both of which are third-degree felonies.

Marcos Rodriguez Rivas, 20, was indicted on charges of assault on a public servant and evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Terry Ann Talamantes, 49, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Martin Flores Ramos, 45, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Michael Eugene Poindexter, 59, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

ENDANGERING A CHILD

  • Anita Pineda Aguilar, 40, was indicted on two counts of endangering a child with criminal negligence, both of which are state jail felonies.

EVADING ARREST

  • Dekovan Iris Johnson, 27, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.
  • Kendrick Hernandez, 26, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.
  • Eric Anchondo, 20, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony; and theft of a firearm, a state jail felony.
  • Guillermo Jose Gomez, 49, was indicted on charges of evading arrest with a vehicle and driving while intoxicated, third or more, both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Jamayl Jamar Webbs, 32, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Alvaro Covarrubias Jr., 24, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Damyon Aaron-Espudo Mallow, 23, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Jorge Luis Vargas, 25, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Adrian Adonas Stele, 33, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Zabdiel Jimenez Salazar, 24, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Estrella Navarrette, 19, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Dessie Timothy Burton, 25, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Jake K. Floyd, 50, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Gilbert Villa Guerrero, 27, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Carlos Baltazar, 35, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Henry Grace, 25, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

FAILURE TO STOP/RENDER AID

  • Jose Luis Montoya, 28, was indicted on a charge of failure to stop and render aid, felony unassigned.

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

  • Nicole Ann Preston, 37, was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a state jail felony.
  • Isayah Tay Ramirez, 18, was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a state jail felony.

HINDERING APPREHENSION/PROSECUTION

  • Alycia Hollie Stephens, 18, was indicted on a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution, a third-degree felony.

ILLEGAL DUMPING

  • Chance Hunter Hendrix, 30, was indicted on a charge of illegal dumping, a state jail felony.

INJURY TO ELDERLY/DISABLED PERSON

  • Danielle Elizabeth Susan, 43, was indicted on a charge of injury to an elderly or disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury (family violence), a third-degree felony.

MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Marcos Uriel Chavez, 26, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.
  • Stacy Denene McGeehon, 48, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.
  • Adam Minjarez, 18, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 400 grams, a first-degree felony.
  • Gerald Winsor, 46, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 400 grams, a first-degree felony.
  • Sandra Cavazos, 46, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility, a third-degree felony.

  • Robert Lewis Elliot III, 28, was indicted on a charge of possession of a weapon in a prohibited place, a third-degree felony.

  • Leah Suchla, 22, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony.
  • Robert Anthony Garcia, 35, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

  • Jaque Lavonne Rockell, 54, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a second-degree felony.

PRESCRIPTION DRUG FRAUD

  • Brandon Scott King, 30, was indicted on a charge of prescription fraud and possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony.

TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE

  • Robby Wayne Runyan, 49, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Alejandro Alex Trevino, 30, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are a third-degree felonies.
  • Neoko Canady, 45, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Luis Gongora, 19, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Andrea Ortega, 19, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Auden Mancha Aranda, 24, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony.

TAMPER WITH GOVERNMENT RECORD

  • Amber Patino, 32, was indicted on a charge of tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony.

THEFT

  • Ashlea Nicole Kinman, 22, was indicted on a charge of theft, a state jail felony.
  • Christy Doreen Fagin, 51, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Trineka Lashawn Freeman, 37, was indicted on two counts of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000; and a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, all of which are state jail felonies.
  • Phillip Jabe Whirley, 40, was indicted on a charge of theft of a firearm, a state jail felony.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Derrick Wayne Baker, 27, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT

  • Anthony Ray Arciniega, 29, was indicted on a charge of exposing a person to a substantial risk of serious bodily injury in the course of committing unlawful restraint, a third-degree felony.
