BOYS SOCCER: Permian falls on the road to Midland Lee

MIDLAND The Permian boys soccer team lost 3-2 against Midland Lee Friday night at Grande Communications Stadium in District 2-6A action.

The Panthers (9-8-1 overall, 2-2-1-0 district, eight points) allowed a Rebels goal with 10 minutes left in the game to give away three points.

Isaac Herrera and Irving Martinez scored unassisted goals for Permian in the game. The Panthers’ eight points puts them in a playoff spot heading into the second round of district play.
