The Permian girls high school soccer team came up short against Wolfforth Frenship in a 2-1 loss Friday at Ratliff Stadium in a District 2-6A game.
The Lady Panthers now sit at 7-5-1 overall, 2-1-0-0 in District 2-6A.
The loss halts Permian’s undefeated start to district play after having defeated Odessa high last week and Midland Legacy on Tuesday.
The Lady Panthers will be back on the field at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 13 against San Angelo Central at Ratliff Stadium.
