LUBBOCK Bryce Waters carded a 2-under-par 70 to lead Odessa College in the first round of the NJCAA Division I National Golf Championships on The Rawls Course Monday in Lubbock.
Tripp Wallace finished at 1-under 70, while teammates Brandon Smith, Florian Moosneier and Chris Finnie all came in at even-par 72.
That put Odessa College at 3-under-par 285 for the day, good for third place behind Iowa Western (277) and Indian Hills CC (278).
