Ector County Health Department, 221 N. Texas Ave., has scheduled a Moderna Vaccine Clinic from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday.
First, second and booster doses are available for 18 years and older.
