UTPB BSN program

The University of Texas Permian Basin’s College of Health Sciences and Human Performance is accepting applications for spring 2022 admission into the School of Nursing’s Bachelor of Science (BSN) program.

Deadline for completed application submission is Oct. 1.

Applicants should turn in their packets by:

  • Mail to: UTPB School of Nursing, 4901 E. University Blvd, MB 3156 Odessa, TX 79762
  • Or hand delivering to the Mesa Building office 3156.
  • Email [email protected] to have the forms emailed directly to you.

The BSN program at the University of Texas Permian Basin prepares graduates to work in a wide variety of clinical settings and provides the necessary foundation for masters and doctoral degrees in nursing. The nursing curriculum is both theoretical and practical.

Students are prepared to problem-solve, based on evidence and research, while including the patient as the main source of information. Strong clinical experiences are provided in the community and regional healthcare facilities and in the use of technology in UTPB’s state of the art Nursing Simulation Center.
