The Permian Basin Petroleum Museum and Region 18 have scheduled “STEMART and Scientific Literacy,” a professional development teacher workshop for elementary educators, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the museum, 1500 I-20 West, Midland.
