Pastor Rick Lopez laughs after Cooper, a dog he was blessing, tore off his face mask to lick his face during an animal blessing day on Friday, Oct. 2, 2020 at St. John’s Episcopal School. Great expressions make for some of the best photos and since the outbreak of COVID-19, masks have been increasingly hiding great moments like this. The dog was one of the most animated and excited that day, and by chance I was able to capture the moments after he had taken Pastor Lopez’s mask where both of them looked incredibly happy.
