A First Aid For Gunshot Wounds Class has been scheduled from m. to m. today at Tejas Shooting Sports and Indoor Range, 421 E. Eighth St.
No prior first aid or medical training is needed.
Participants will learn how to treat a gunshot wound to an arm or leg, to the chest or abdomen, to the head or neck and how to control shock and place a victim into a safe position until EMS arrives.
