April 6 Odessa police arrested 32-year-old Fabian Lujan and charged him with unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony. Officers pulled over a gray 2003 Buick Century, driven by Lujan, in the 3000 block of East Highway 80 at 2 p.m. April 6. Police observed that the vehicle had an expired registration sticker that did not match the license plate displayed on the vehicle. Investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen from the 1000 block of North Grant Avenue on March 30. Lujan, 920 E. 23rd St., was released April 7 from the Ector County Detention Center on $15,000 bond.
