MIDLAND The Permian volleyball team came up short in five sets to Midland Legacy Friday in District 2-6A play on the road.
The Lady Rebels won by scores of 25-19, 21-25, 25-20, 23-25, 15-5 to move to 25-14 overall and 5-2 in District 2-6A play.
The Lady Panthers fell to 22-12, 2-5.
Permian’s Jade Workman had 32 kills while Mylah Arzaga had 11 and Bridgit Smithee had eight.
