SWEETWATER The Compass Academy volleyball team found itself on the wrong side of the scoreboard as Sweetwater defeated the Lady Cougars, 25-17, 25-21, 22-25, 25-20, Friday in nondistrict play.
Carleigh Jones had eight kills to lead Compass Academy, with Paige Jones adding six kills and 11 assists.
Kyra Ayers led the Lady Cougars with 14 digs, with Madison Molinar adding 13.
