NORTH RICHLAND HILLS The Permian boys soccer team had a strong start to the Richland Winter Blast with a 2-0 victory against Arlington Bowie on Thursday at the Birdville ISD Fine Arts/Athletic Center.
Johnny Cuellar and Jayden Rubio each scored goals for the Panthers (1-0-1).
Adrian Martinez added an assist on Cuellar’s marker, while Ernesto Melendez set up Rubio’s tally.
Permian continues play Friday and Saturday in the Metroplex.
