After winning its series against Midland High, the Odessa High baseball team will face Abilene High in District 2-6A play at 5 p.m. Friday at Blackburn Field in Abilene.
The Bronchos are third in the district standings, carrying a three-game winning streak into their showdown with the Eagles.
In two games against Midland High March 29 and April 1, Odessa High allowed two runs while scoring 11.
Abilene High came away with an 8-4 victory the last time it faced the Bronchos, on March 3 at the Tournament of Champions in Midland.
Odessa High has a 13-10-1 overall record and is 5-6 mark in district contests, while Abilene High sits at 5-13-1, 1-7.
