COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Wranglers get back in rhythm with nonconference victory

The Odessa College men’s basketball team came away with a 100-54 victory over Strength ‘N Motion in nonconference play Sunday at the OC Sports Center.

Kiree Huie led the Wranglers with 18 points scored, recording nine points in both the first and second periods.

The Wranglers had scored 54 points by the end of the first half.

Dian Wright-Forde and Darrell Armstrong contributed 10 points each in the win.

Odessa College has an 11-5 overall record with a 2-0 mark in Western Junior College Athletic Conference play.

The Wranglers will face Western Texas College in conference play at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Snyder.
