Falcons romp to snap streak

Azariah Seay scored a game-high 31 points to lead five UTPB players in double figures in a 102-73 victory against Cameron Thursday at the Falcons Dome.

The victory improves UTPB to 9-9 overall, 3-6 in Lone Star Conference play and snaps a five-game losing streak.

Keyon Craddock added 21 points, DaJuan Jones had a double-double with 16 points and 10 assits, while Jalen King finished with 14 points and Max Warren 10 in the victory.

Colt Savage scored 27 points for Camerson (2-14, 0-10), with Reggie Prudhomme adding 13 in the loss.

Wranglers rout

Marcus Banks and Kiree Huie each had 14 points to lead No. 3 Odessa College to a 101-66 victory against Western Texas College in Western Junior College Athletic Conference play Thursday at the OC Sports Center.

Khalil Haywood added 11 points for the Wranglers (16-1 overall, 3-1 in conference), who won their 27th consecutive conference contest.

Colin Schaefer had a team-high eight assists, with Odessa College finishing with 32 assists on the night.

Sam Ihekwoaba scored a game-high 18 points for Western Texas (7-10, 0-3), with Mason McBride finishing with 14 in the loss.

The Wranglers are off until the host New Mexico Military Institute at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 19 at the OC Sports Center.
