“Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed By the word of God so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear” [Heb. 11:1-3].
“Now Faith” Right now Faith, we cannot live on yesterday’s faith. Yesterday’s faith is past, we cannot live on tomorrow’s faith, tomorrow never comes. “I know God is gonna heal me,” gonna help me with my bills, “gonna save my children.” Okay, Gonna Faith is someday Faith. Someday don’t work till someday, who knows when?
If we can just believe, the “right now faith” is what brings forth what we are looking for right now. It is the substance of what we are hoping for. When use concrete, we make the form in the shape of something we envisioned. Then the concrete powder mixed in water, is the substance that causes the concrete too mature into the shape of the form, [of our vision, our dream, our hope]. Time brings it’s maturity, the evidence that we can see with our natural eyes.
Now the Lord Framed the worlds with His Word; We frame our world with our words, the Word of God.
The ones we believe by the “Now Faith. Words are carriers, they produce their definition. That is why some people are always in trouble. Listen, Words produce their definition! We need to be careful what we say.
Some say, “Every year something happens to my crop and takes my profit. Every time we plan a vacation, something comes up and we can’t go. Every winter I have the flu. I’m afraid I’ll get COVID. Ok, you claimed it! All through the Bible, the word teaches, we get what we say.
“A man’s belly is satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” [Prov.18:20-21]. I’ve noticed through life, that what people really believe is what they speak on a regular basis. They have the “Now faith” for what they say, because they really believe it! That is, what they say, good or bad.
If we want our life to change, we have to change our words, not just for a one-time confession, but say it enough, to come to the place to believe it and have faith it will happen.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God. [Rom. 10:17]. That Hearing is, hearing, hearing and hearing.
Many times, we speak our worries. Speak our worries, cause we have seen it happen so many times in the past. See the reason it happens over and over, could be because we speak it over and over. Every time we speak our dreads and fears again, we are planting our next crop.
God Gave us His Word so that we know how to war against the enemy and our ill-spoken Words. “Jesus answered and said, “Have faith in God, for assuredly I say to you whoever says to this mountain, be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes, that those things he says will come to pass, he will have whatever he says.” [Mark 11:22-23].
We cannot misinterpret that! This is not my words; this is not my interpretation. It’s Faith ”The Word.”
