BBQ MASTERS AND CORNHOLE BRACKET BATTLE

The City of Odessa Parks and Recreation has scheduled a barbecue cookoff and cornhole tournament on March 18.

Registration is at 8:15 a.m., and the cornhole tournament starts at 9 a.m.

Entry to the barbecue cookoff is $150, entry to the cornhole tournament is $50, and barbecue tastings are $20.

GUN & BLADE SHOW

Silver Spur Trade Shows has scheduled a Gun & Blade Show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 18 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 19 at the Midland County Horseshoe Pavilion, 2514 Arena Trail, Midland.

There will be a wide variety of guns, blades, and accessories for event-goers to choose from.

C.R.A.S.E. & STOP THE BLEED COURSE

Medical Center Health System, 800 W. Fourth St., has scheduled a Civilian Response to Active Shooter Event & a Stop the Bleed course from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today and May 13. Age limit is 15 years and older.
