Author and businessman Phil Fouche and his wife Cindy made a visit to Reagan Elementary School early Friday morning to read to students of various grades from his children’s book “I Am Just A Yellow Cat.” During his visit, Fouche took time to answer questions from students and explain the story behind his children’s book series.
