Odessa Fire Rescue promoted four of their firefighters Tuesday afternoon during one of their quarterly promotion ceremonies at Central Fire Station. Joshua Norrid and Ronnie Standiford were promoted to B and C shift captains of Station 5 while Austin Shaffer of B shift of Station 8 and David Torres of C shift of Central Station were promoted to engineers.
