The Museum of the Southwest kicked off Saturday with an open house that was free to the public featuring events such as Trains and Trucks and a gingerbread workshop. The Trains and Trucks event allowed visitors to tour classic cars, industrial vehicles and the museum’s own model train depot while the gingerbread workshop guided visitors through decorating their own gingerbread houses and trees.
