According to Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis, a mysterious device was found Thursday morning by a courthouse employee which was later rendered safe by the Odessa Police Department bomb squad using a high pressure water jet. The FBI and ATF have since launched a domestic terrorism investigation over the event.
