Bishop Michael Sis of the San Angelo Archdiocese joined in celebrations of Our Lady of Lady Guadalupe Day hosted by Our Lady of Guadalupe Church Saturday in Midland. Celebrations included a procession down Carver Street, dancing, mass, and the creation of small shrines “Altarcitos” in honor of the Virgin Mary.
