The Texas Department of Transportation issued a traffic alert Monday for Midland County.
Off ramps for SL 250 to SH 191 will be closed beginning Tuesday, Oct. 3, due to work on water valves. Exit ramps will re-open on Thursday, Oct. 5. Expect delays or use alternate routes if possible.
