Nelson Minyard has resigned from the Ector County ISD Board of Trustees effective Jan. 19.
Superintendent Scott Muri said Minyard is selling his home and is moving out of town. He was on his third term on the board.
He will be recognized at the Jan. 18 meeting.
The board will talk to attorney Mike Atkins about next steps at the next board meeting.
