Motorists wait in line for free mobile COVID-19 PCR tests Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2021, at the corner of 2nd Street and Grant Avenue. The City of Odessa Incident Command is partnering with Curative to offer the COVID-19 PCR Tests from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Insurance information will be requested, if no insurance, test will be free. A sign is displayed to book an appointment at Curative.com but it may not show available booking.
