The Petroleum Museum Brown Bag Lunch & Lecture Series will host state Sen. Kevin Sparks, R-Midland, giving a legislative update from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 13.
Sparks is a conservative businessman and community leader in Midland, with deep West Texas roots. Sparks will share his insights on the electricity needs for West Texas, as well as various legislative updates regarding the oil and gas industry.
