A breakout session was held Wednesday by the Texas Broadband Development Office at Region 18 Education Service Center. The meeting is part of the Texas Digital Opportunity Plan. The plan will serve as a roadmap for achieving reliable and affordable broadband, high quality device access, digital skills training and cybersecurity awareness to expand digital opportunities for all Texans.
