Permian Strategic Partnership welcomes Harmony to Midland

Harmony Science Academy will break ground on its new Midland location at 1 p.m. April 22 at the future home of the school, 2501 E. Loop 250 North in Midland.

Don Evans, former Secretary of Commerce and Permian Strategic Partnership chairman, and Tracee Bentley, PSP President and CEO, will be on hand.

Harmony Science Academy will open its doors to the inaugural class of students in August 2024. Harmony Science Academy-Midland is a tuition-free, family-focused public charter school providing high-quality education focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) for students in grades PreK-5. Their Midland campus will initially enroll 200 elementary students, with plans to expand to 1,500 students over the next decade. This effort, with investments from the Permian Strategic Partnership, underscores the PSP’s commitment to education and its role in the long-term prosperity of the Permian Basin, a news release said.
