The Odessa Development Corporation appointed four new compliance committee members during its regular monthly meeting Thursday.
Judy Hayes and David “Sean” Rodriquez III were appointed to the board after receiving six votes each, Brian Green received five votes and Eric C. Augesen garnered four votes. The fifth applicant for the position, Ted Tuminowski, missed out on the seat after receiving three votes. Tuminowski was previously an ODC board member.
A few months ago the ODC board agreed it wanted to expand the compliance committee up to a maximum of 12 members up from 10, said board member David Boutin. With one member resigning and one “terming out,” the board had four open seats.
The board also re-appointed current committee members Betsy Triplett-Hurt, Blake Batte and Chris Walker.
