The Permian Strategic Partnership and Education Partnership of the Permian Basin will host the third annual Permian Basin Education Leadership Summit Thursday at the Odessa Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, 305 E. Fifth St.
It is a gathering of superintendents, university and college presidents and education and philanthropy leaders from across the Basin.
