The WTX Manifest Launch Party will start at 7 p.m. on Nov. 12 for the general public at Dos Amigos.
They will have a VIP Guest reception that starts earlier at 5:15 p.m. Mayors from the surrounding area, city officials, heads of nonprofits and business owners are expected to attend the reception.
During the reception, information about the upcoming festival will be shared and a special video will be released later that evening to the public promoting their Music Festival in 2022.
