Reviewed as ‘the perfect rock show’ by the LA Times Brit Floyd is also often called the world’s greatest Pink Floyd tribute show.

The show has returned to the stage this year for a 45th Anniversary retrospective of Pink Floyd’s iconic 1973 album, “The Dark Side of the Moon.”

The show is scheduled at 8 p.m. June 28 at Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center.

Having sold in excess of 45 million copies and judged by many as the greatest rock album of all time, “The Dark Side of the Moon” was an ambitious psychedelic masterpiece that redefined rock itself and propelled Pink Floyd and its members to rock immortality, Brit Floyd’s website stated.

Brit Floyd will perform classic tracks from “The Dark Side of the Moon” alongside songs from “Wish You Were Here,” “Animals,” “The Wall” and “The Division Bell” and others.

The Brit Floyd show recreates the scale and pomp of the final 1994 Division Bell tour, complete with a million dollar light show, large circle screen and arch plus moving lights, lasers, inflatables and theatrics.

Damian Darlington is part of Brit Floyd and his website stated he got his first guitar at age 11.

“From the age of 15 I was performing round pubs and clubs all around the northwest of England with various bands playing all sorts of music.”

He joined the Australian Pink Floyd Show at the beginning of 1994 and over a period of almost 17 years played close to 1,300 shows all over the world.

Tickets for the show range from $37 to $172 for the VIP experience. Visit wagnernoel.com for tickets.
