Keep Odessa Beautiful has scheduled the second annual Dia De Los Muertos parade starting at 4 p.m. Saturday starting at Odessa College, and then will head south on Andrews Highway/Grant Avenue then stops at ECISD Admin Building.
Entry fee is $50 for trailers, $30 for cars and trucks, $20 for horses and free for pedestrians.
