ECTOR COUNTY FELONY INDICTMENTS: Feb. 6, 2018

The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on Feb. 6, 2018. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ABANDON/ENDANGER CHILD

  • Angelica Maria Reyes, 38, was indicted on charges of abandoning a child under circumstances that would place the child in imminent danger of bodily injury, a second-degree felony; and abandoning and endangering a child with intent to return, a state jail felony.
  • Amanda Gabrielle Estep, 29, was indicted on charges of abandoning and endangering a child with criminal negligence and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • Shannon Michelle Roe, 22, was indicted on a charge of abandoning and endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.
  • Vanessa Ashley Juarez, 29, was indicted on a charge of abandoning and endangering a child, a state jail felony.
  • Angela Dawn Scoggin, 38, was indicted on a charge of abandoning and endangering a child, a state jail felony.
  • Tangi Sue Ainsworth, 23, was indicted on a charge of endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.
  • Kaleb Olivas Natividad, 20, was indicted on a charge of endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.

ASSAULT

  • Oscar Garcia, 32, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), a second-degree felony.
  • Oscar Lorenzo Quinones Valeriano, 46, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), both of which are second-degree felonies.
  • Damien Manuel Tarin, 23, was indicted on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony; and theft of a firearm, a state jail felony.
  • Cesar Gaspar Armendariz, 41, was indicted on a charge of assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony.
  • Riannon Henson Melton, 33, was indicted on two counts of assault on a public servant, both of which are third-degree felonies.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ABUSE

  • Alissa Danae Hall, 26, was indicted on a charge of credit card abuse, a state jail felony.
  • Michael Ray Gordon, 56, was indicted on charges of credit card or debit card abuse against an elderly person, a third-degree felony; and theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

  • Dominic F. Flores, 21, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief, a state jail felony.
  • Esteban Roman Flores, 19, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief, a state jail felony.
  • Marqalo Divonte Flores, 19, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief, a state jail felony.
  • Dimitri Lamant Flores, 24, was indicted on a charge of criminal mischief, a state jail felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Freddie Gray, 44, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Jaime Minjarez Galvan Jr., 43, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Keith Anthony Towers, 50, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

DWI WITH CHILD PASSENGER

  • Hector Garcia Ontiveros, 34, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, a state jail felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Jonah Edward Gonzales, 20, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.

FAILURE TO RENDER AID

  • Vicente R. Santiago, 25, was indicted on a charge of failure to stop and render aid, felony unassigned.

FORGERY

  • Princeton Robinson, 28, was indicted on a charge of forgery, a state jail felony.

HINDERING APPREHENSION

  • Wendy Ochoa, 24, was indicted on charges of hindering the apprehension or prosecution of a known felon, a third-degree felony; and abandoning and endangering a child with criminal negligence, a state jail felony.
  • Maria Ochoa, 54, was indicted on a charge of hindering the apprehension or prosecution of a known felon, a third-degree felony.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Marcos Uriel Chavez, 26, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), four ounces or more but less than five pounds, a state jail felony.
  • Michael Ray Garcia, 20, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Calvin Eugene Kuykendall Jr., 42, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Jason Ashley Yearwood, 40, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Humberto Montes, 42, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Ulises Montalvo-Ramirez, 19, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Angel Alexander Gonzales, 19, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Benjamin Lujan Varela, 53, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

ROBBERY

  • Pedro Rojas Jr., 22, was indicted on charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, a first-degree felony; burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony; and unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.

TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE

  • Tristan Rashaud Carson, 26, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.
  • Montervious Cortez Smith, 26, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.
  • Jason Tijerina, 30, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and evading arrest with a vehicle, both of which are third-degree felonies; and two counts of abandoning and endangering a child with criminal negligence and a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, all of which are state jail felonies.
  • Mark Anthony Lujan, 25, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

THEFT

  • Daniel Ruiz Subia, 54, was indicted on a charge of theft of property with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Jesse Earl Istre II, 29, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Nocona Zoe Ingland, 45, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Misty Lynn Hollowell, 37, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Jesus Manuel Martinez, 40, was indicted on two counts of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • Ramon Lerma Arroyo, 52, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Ismael Rubio, 23, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF FIREARM

  • Johnny Ray Aguirre, 36, was indicted on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony.
