ECTOR COUNTY FELONY INDICTMENTS: Dec. 18, 2017

The following is a list of felony indictments by an Ector County grand jury on Dec. 18, 2017. The list does not include those who have yet to be arrested.

ASSAULT

  • TJ Robert Davison, 29, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, both of which are second-degree felonies.
  • Isaac Orona, 26, was indicted on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), both of which are second-degree felonies; and a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony
  • Ramon Munoz, 42, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence), a second-degree felony.
  • Bryan Calanche, 18, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.
  • Juan Jose Jimenez Jr., 37, was indicted on two counts of assault (family violence), both of which are third-degree felonies.
  • Jermaine Richardson Evans, 35, was indicted on a charge of assault (family violence), a third-degree felony.

BURGLARY

  • Zachary Edward Soto, 19, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Randy Wilard Bohannon, 39, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Ginovan Rojas, 34, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a building, a state jail felony.
  • Enrique Chavez Contreras, 50, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ABUSE

  • Rosenda Carrillo Rios, 26, was indicted on a charge of debit card abuse, a state jail felony.
  • Joe Angel Garcia, 20, was indicted on a charge of debit card abuse, a state jail felony.
  • Cody Don Campbell, 27, was indicted on a charge of credit card abuse, a state jail felony.

DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED

  • Jesse Abila, 48, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Robin Dale Crow, 48, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.
  • Abram James Natividad, 30, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more, a third-degree felony.

EVADING ARREST

  • Gerardo Sanchez, 19, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Precious Calicutt, 20, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • William Prather Green, 49, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Felipe Ruben Carrillo, 18, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
  • Cortney Devon Hutchison, 30, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REGISTRATION

  • Trinidad Guzman, 25, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements, a second-degree felony.
  • Glenn David Turner, 44, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with registration requirements, a third-degree felony.

FAILURE TO RENDER AID

  • Adrian I. Rodriguez, 19, was indicted on two counts of failure to stop and render aid causing bodily injury, both of which are unassigned felonies.

FORGERY

  • Brandy Marie Clapper, 38, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.
  • Kayla M. Careme, 28, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.
  • Kesley Kay Sams, 31, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.
  • Keith Edwin Giambrone, 56, was indicted on a charge of forgery of a financial instrument, a state jail felony.

FRAUDULENT USE/POSSESSION OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

  • Britton Shane Higdon, 32, was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a state jail felony.

IMPERSONATING PUBLIC SERVANT

  • Wesley David Sullivan, 28, was indicted on a charge of impersonating a public servant, a third-degree felony.

INTOXICATION ASSAULT

  • Jonathan Michael Porras, 31, was indicted on a charge of intoxication assault, a third-degree felony.
  • Olegari Borunda Jr., 29, was indicted on a charge of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, a third-degree felony.
  • Jose Alejandro Estrada, 21, was indicted on charges of intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, a third-degree felony; and failure to stop and render aid causing bodi
    ly injury, felony unassigned.

KIDNAPPING

  • Luis Medrano Ortiz, 33, was indicted on a charge of kidnapping, a third-degree felony.

MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  • Tessa Rose Senn, 24, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.
  • Rex Anthony McGurk, 31, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.
  • Yonelys Ruiz Casas, 41, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.
  • Ruben Alvarado, 30, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), five pounds or more but less than 50 pounds, a third-degree felony.
  • Patricia Colunga Delapena, 41, was indicted on charges of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), five pounds or more but less than 50 pounds, a third-degree felony.
  • Devin G. Barker, 18, was indicted on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, one gram or more but less than four grams, a second-degree felony.

MURDER

  • Rocky Rojo Jr., 17, was indicted on charges of murder, a first-degree felony; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony; and deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, a third-degree felony.

SEX OFFENDER DUTY TO REGISTER

  • Bobby Haney, 46, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with sex offender duty to register annually for life, a third-degree felony.
  • Rafael Ruiz, 42, was indicted on a charge of failure to comply with sex offender registration, a second-degree felony.

STALKING

  • Breshon A. Butler, 20, was indicted on a charge of stalking, a third-degree felony.

TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE

  • Julia Duarte, 22, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a state jail felony.
  • Sergio Alfonso Alvarado, 36, was indicted on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
  • Rene Rodriguez, 43, was indicted on a charge of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, a third-degree felony.

THEFT

  • Teddrick Leon Brady, 41, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, a third-degree felony.
  • Lisa Victoria Luna, 37, was indicted on a charge of enhanced theft with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Jeffrey Byron Conger, 54, was indicted on two counts of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, both of which are state jail felonies.
  • Linda Kaye Franklin, 60, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • John Alexander Graichen, 35, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, less than $2,500, with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
  • Drake Kirk, 19, was indicted on a charge of theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, a state jail felony.
  • Roy Don Bohannon, 43, was indicted on a charge of theft of material (copper), a third-degree felony.
  • Randy Wayne Bradford, 38, was indicted on a charge of theft of material (copper), a state jail felony.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE

  • Ivan James Ortega, 20, was indicted on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
