The fall semester for Ector County ISD ends Friday, but not before ECISD police officers along with Odessa Student Crime Stoppers deliver Christmas gifts to needy families in Ector County.
Operation Blue Santa is a nonprofit organization begun two years ago to support underprivileged families with gifts during this holiday season. Officers have been out in the community collecting donations since late November, have purchased presents and will make deliveries on Friday afternoon.
