Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis said over the phone Friday afternoon that a 62-year-old pastor has been charged with indecency with a child.
David Ray King was charged with indecency with a child by exposure, a third-degree felony.
Griffis said he didn’t know where King served as a pastor.
This case is an on-going investigation and more information will be released when possible, an Ector County Sheriff’s Office release stated.
King is in custody at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center and no bond has been set as of Friday afternoon. Griffis said that King will see a judge Saturday morning.
