Retirement celebration

Odessa Fire Rescue and Chief Jason Cotton are hosting a special event at 2 p.m. Jan. 19 to celebrate Johann Ramos, who will be retiring after 25 years of service.

The celebration is at Central Fire Station, 1100 W. Second St.
