A Twitter post from Andrews ISD is warning of a phone scam.
“We are aware of individuals in the general public receiving text messages claiming to be from school administration officials.”
“Please ignore text messages that request payment(s) or gift card(s) being sent to the individual the messages are from. If you continue to receive messages and also are receiving emails from someone claiming to be from Andrews ISD and they are requesting payments (or) other unusual behavior, please contact Andrews ISD immediately,” the post said.
