Members of the Odessa Rotary Club recently toured the new Odessa Police Department training facility in downtown Odessa during their weekly lunch meeting.
The club members got updated on OPD’s training department improvements including its surround “active shooter” room that allows officers to be placed in virtual situations so that they can become more skilled in confronting armed criminals in a real world situation.
