Cpl. Marshall Williams recently represented the Odessa Police Department at the Dallas 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. It was his sixth year to do it.
This year, he climbed in honor of Walter Weaver, a New York City Police Officer.
In doing research on Weaver, he found a picture of this officer’s duty revolver, the only thing recovered from this brave officer.
