Samantha Russell, a candidate for Precinct 3 Ector County Commissioner, will have her campaign kickoff from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 15 at Grandview Church of God, 2019 N. Grandview Ave. It is a come-and-go event.
Russell will square off against incumbent Don Stringer in the March 5 primary election.
