MEN’S COLLEGE BASKETBALL: Odessa College uses second half comeback in win

BORGER For the second time this season, the Odessa College men’s basketball team came away with a win over the Frank Phillips College Plainsmen securing a 75-66 win Thursday night at the Borger Community Activity Center in WJCAC action.
The Wranglers (18-5 overall, 7-2 conference) trailed 37-35 at the half before outscoring Frank Phillips College (12-11, 2-7) 40-29 in the second half.
Adrean Johnson led Odessa College in scoring with 19 points, gong 5-12 from the field, 1-4 on 3-pointers and 8-8 on free throws. He also added 10 rebounds to record a double-double.
James McNeil and Davion Blackshear both led the Wranglers with 15 points. McNeil went 5-10 from the floor while Blackshear went 5-of-11 from the field where all his shots were d3-pointers.
