The West Texas Food Bank will have a ribbon-cutting for its expansion at 10:30 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Pagewood.
Speakers expected are Lorraine Perryman, community advocate, Trey Fournier, representative of 1PointFive, and Danny Flores, senior manager of Hunger Relief with HEB.
