March 22 Odessa police arrested 50-year-old -year-old Warren Hall and charged him with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony; and for an outstanding felony parole violation warrant. Officers pulled over a black Cadillac CTS, driven by Hall, in the area of 23rd Street and Center Avenue at 12:48 a.m. March 22. Police made contact with Hall and investigation revealed he had a parole violation warrant. Officers also found Hall to be in possession of methamphetamine. Hall, 2705 S. Colonial Drive, was being held March 23 at the Ector County Detention Center without bond.
