FRISCO Tony Sanchez’s ninth-inning single drove in LeDarious Clark to lift Frisco to a 4-3 victory against the Midland RockHounds Friday at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
The RoughRiders trailed by one entering the bottom of the inning, but tied the game with Preston Beck scoring on Andretty Cordero’s RBI single.
The loss snapped a five-game winning streak for the RockHounds (9-7) and a five-game losing streak for Frisco (9-7) and moved the RoughRiders into a tie for first in the Texas League South Division standings.
The teams continue the series at 7:05 p.m. Saturday.
