MIDLAND Parker Dunshee has been promoted from the Midland RockHounds to Triple-A Las Vegas, the RockHounds announced Monday.
In six starts with Midland, Dunshee was 2-2 with a 1.89 ERA and 34 strikeouts in 38 innings. After starting 0-2, Dunshee had a string of 16 consecutive shutout innings over three starts.
To take Dunshee’s place on the roster, Joel Seddon has been assigned to Midland from Stockton. Seddon, who was 9-7 with a 4.81 ERA in 28 games at Midland last season, is 1-2 with a 5.94 ERA in six appearances this season, one with Las Vegas and five with Stockton.
