Shooting Investigation

Odessa Police Department investigate shooting in which a 38 year-old male shot at his mother in front of her residence at the 1800 block of Cody Place. Officers apprehended the suspect, Michael Jack Edwards, during a traffic stop without incident. Officers found in Edwards to be in possession of two handguns, a knife, and a hammer. The victim was unharmed.
