This week’s Sunday OA had a feature about a new City Council member taking a trip to Minnesota. The first word out of the mayor’s mouth, in commenting on the cost of the trip, was quoted “honestly.”
Since when did “honestly” or “honesty” exist in city council language, or for that matter, in the school board or hospital board? “Integrity” is also missing.
